          Vital Source, USA is a program designed for people who, by a physician's directions, are required to check their blood glucose level.

          Vital Source, USA Members Pay No Premiums to be a part of our program. We have no hidden costs. Each member can receive a Diabetic Kit which includes blood glucose test strips, lancet device and lancets, and glucose control solution.

          There is no cost for shipping, no up-front cost for supplies.

          Our Diabetic Care Coordinators are available to each member to help with a wide array of diabetic issues including any questions about our services and the diabetic supplies you’ve received. Our Diabetic Care Coordinators also automatically check in with you every quarter to ensure you always have the right diabetic supplies and never run out.

          Vital Source, USA Members have access to our 24 Hour Nurse Hot Line.  Our experienced team of Nurses are there to discuss non-emergency health related questions 24 hours a day 7 days a week especially when a members primary care physician is not available.
