I never received my order and send emails no one has got back to me

I only gave it a 4 because of issues with delivery and not receiving my first order because it was lost in transit but their customer service worked well with me to assure that they could resend the order out or offer me a refund. I really wanted to try the product out so I opted for a re-shipment of my order. I received them today. But from my understanding with this being a new company they tend to have issues with the shipping of the products to customers but worked with me as soon as they realized my package was lost in transit. I'll update my review at a later date after using the product for a while.
