Our Diabetic Care Coordinators are available to each member to help with a wide array of diabetic issues including any questions you have about our services and the diabetic supplies you’ve received. Our Diabetic Care Coordinators also automatically check in with you every 3 months to ensure you always have the right diabetic supplies and never run out. - 24 HOUR NURSE HOT LINE
Vital Source, USA members have access to our 24 Hour Nurse Hot Line. Our experienced team of nurses are there to discuss non-emergency health related questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week especially when a member’s primary care physician is not available.
